How To Use AlertPay Effectively
The following are instructions on how to pay with or without an Alertpay account using a credit card:
1) Customer has an Alertpay account and wishes to send funds to your Alertpay account:
1. Login to your AlertPay account.
2. Click on "Send Money".
3. Enter payment details and click on "Next".
4. Verify information and select shipping address, if applicable.
5. Choose payment method. Check the "Use my credit card" box and select desired credit card.
6. Enter your Transaction PIN and click on "Send".
2) If your customer has an Alertpay account but wishes to pay through your checkout page:
After clicking on the "Buy Now" button on the merchants website.
1. On the "Payment Details" screen on the seller's website, login to your AlertPay account.
2. Select your source of funds under "Payment Method".
3. Enter "Transaction PIN".
4. Click "Pay".
3.) If your customer does not have an account:
After clicking on the "Buy Now" button on the merchants website.
1. On the "Payment Details" screen on the checkout page, enter all relevant information.
2. Select your source of funds under "Payment Method".
3. Enter "Transaction PIN".
4. Click "Pay".
Once you have used your credit card on the account you will need to use the same email address for future transactions. |
